The wine we are proposing is the jewel of our hills. White wine with mineral flavour, aromatic and olfactory persistence. You'll find great structure and fragrance, with a nose of fruit with white pulp, citrus fruits, white and yellow flowers, almonds, white fennel and aniseed.
GRAPES
THE VINEYARD
No pesticides, chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or fungicides. This lack of chemicals on the grape improves the taste, along with the concentrated flavor coming from organically-grown vineyards.
The soils are silty-clayey and calcareous, poor in organic matter but sufficiently supplied with potassium, ideal to allow the grapes to release complex aromas.
The good exposure and the cool breezes, which guarantee strong temperature variations between night and day, allow the grapes to develop the right acidity.
