PRODUCTION AREA - Almost all the grapes comes from San Michele, a downhill with sea exposure and climatic variety ideal for Verdicchio
VARIETY - 100% Verdicchio
HARVEST - 2021-2024
ALCOHOL CONTENT - 12,5% ALC. BY VOL
PRODUCTION - 9.500 bottles
AVERAGE ALTITUDE - 450MT above s.l.
SOIL - Medium mixture of clay and limestone very rich in calcium carbonate.
TRAINING SYSTEM - Guyot
PLANT DENSITY - 3.000 vines per hectare
YIELD PER PLANT - 2.5 kg of grapes approx
HARVEST - Manual, in mid-September with scrupulous selection of the grapes, harvested early in the morning.
MATURATION - 6 months in stainless steel and cement tanks, spontaneous fermentation
BOTTLING - Minimum in the following May
TRADING - After 60 days of refinement in the bottle
